Cancellations, exchanges and returns

We take pride in the quality of our products and carry out strict quality control checks. For your added peace of mind, we also offer a comprehensive 30-day return guarantee on non-personalized orders and products that are poor quality or damaged in transit. Please rest assured to buy, we will provide you with a good shopping experience!

I Cancellations

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, delivery address and other information carefully before payment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be easily changed. If you wish to cancel your order please email service@southfaces.com. Once your order has shipped it cannot be canceled.

Notice:

  1. If the order is canceled more than 12 hours after the order is placed, an order processing fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged.
  2. Cancellations will not be accepted for more than 3days after the order is placed.

II Exchanges

After placing an order, if you think the product size may not be suitable for you, or if you want to change to another style, please contact our customer service representative at service@southfaces.com within 12 hours of placing the order, our customer service representative Processing will be given within 24 hours.

Please note that if there is a discrepancy in price for a change, we will charge or refund as appropriate. We recommend that you try not to choose products with a price difference of more than 1 dollar to avoid price differences.If the order is placed more than 6 hours, we will not accept the exchange request

III Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, please accept our apology. Our goal is to provide a service that benefits all our loyal customers. All orders from our other global customers can be returned to our warehouse.

Return policy

  1. If our products have quality problems or you think a certain product is not suitable for you, you can contact us for after-sales within 30 days after receiving the product. We do not provide after-sales services for items received beyond the 30-day warranty period.
  2. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Worn, damaged, washed or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return.
  3. Items returned without first contacting our customer service representatives will not be accepted. Please note that the address stated on the packing slip is not our return address. Items shipped there will not be accepted for return.
  4. We will process your refund after we receive your returned package. For credit card users, transaction processing takes 7 to 14 business days. For PayPal users, refunds will be credited back to your payment account within 48 hours.
  5. If the return item is shipped internationally, please mark it as "Return Item" to avoid any customs fees. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by customs to return packages. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Buyers will be notified if the product or packaging is found to be used or damaged, as we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation of value from refunds.
  6. For orders that need to be reissued due to our reasons, customers do not need to pay for shipping

Note: All returns must be authorized by our team through the Support Center. Returns without a Return Material Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

Return process

  1. Contact our customer service representatives by sending us a request in your account. Alternatively, you can email service@southfaces.com. Indicate the order number, product name, and reason for the return of the product you wish to return.
  2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a returns form (RMA) along with our return address.
  3. Put the item in its original packaging and seal the package securely. Affix the return address you received from our customer service representatives to the package.
  4. Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our returns policy.

Notice

1) Shipping will be borne by our shop

We will bear the shipping and return shipping costs for wrong style, color, size and quality problem clothes. For quality problems such as large areas of damage, serious off-lines, and stubborn stains, please take photos as soon as possible and send them to the after-sales customer service for verification. Please note that if the goods are artificially damaged and returned directly without discussing with our customer service representatives, we are not responsible for subsequent refunds.

2) Shipping will be borne by buyers 

After purchase: Fabric is too thin or too thick, inappropriate size, subjective dissatisfaction with fabric/workmanship/effect, etc, these are not quality problems. The return shipping fee for the above problems is at your own expense, including the shipping fee for returning or exchanging goods, and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

3) Products that are damaged due to improper washing methods, have been worn, or smell of perfume will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please note that no COD packages of any kind are accepted for exchanges and returns! Please provide the shipping information and attach it to the package. Due to the transportation of the goods, the surface is easily damaged and difficult to identify, please understand!

4) Fill in the information for return and exchange

Order number, account login name, contact information, reason for return, name, size, and color of the defective product, the number of items to be exchanged, the product, size, and color of the product to be exchanged (If the above information is not available, you can leave it blank), and the detailed address of the recipient's phone number and other information. Before returning the product, the buyer should confirm the return address first, and then return the product to the seller. If the buyer returns the product directly to the unconfirmed address without communicating with the seller or confirming the return address, the return will not be considered a valid return, and therefore the seller will not accept any refund request.
